The Source - where Belle Isle Inlet begins at Chelsea Creek
The railroad tracks run along the Chelsea Creek over the culvert just north of the Logan 480 building on McClellan Highway.

The Logan 480 project includes protection of the bank of the creek as well as landscaping, benches and a new sidewalk along Belle Isle Creek.
